• Each ticket includes admission to: Ark Expo, e-Planet, Ark Garden, Fun Fun Playland (Giant Rocket Slides and Rope Tunnel), Nature Garden and Treasure House.
• Noah's Ark Theme Park closes on every Wed (except public holidays and designated dates).
• "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" and “Cash Coupon” Offers are applicable to the admission date from now till 30 June 2025. Upon a purchase of two adult admission tickets at the original price, guests can enjoy a complimentary adult or a concession ticket and can also get one HK$50 dining cash coupon and one HK$50 retail cash coupon (a total value of HK$100, valid for a minimum purchase of HK$200 at regular price for each coupon). Dining cash coupon is applicable for Harvest Restaurant and Noah’s Kitchen while retail cash coupon is applicable for Rainbow Gallery and Kids’ Deck. All details are subject to the terms and conditions on the coupons and the operation day of these retail outlets/restaurants.
• The “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” and “Cash Coupon” offers are only applicable to those guests who purchase tickets at Noah’s Ark Main Entrance Ticketing Office/Noah's Ark Official Website.
• The complimentary ticket(s) must be used concurrently with the paid admission tickets on the same date.
• Concession tickets are valid for visitors ages 3 to 11, and 65 or above; as well as holders of "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau of the Government of the HKSAR.
• Customers who purchase admission ticket through Noah's Ark Hong Kong website may enroll in a maximum of two different activities in advance. Advance enrollment can be made 7 days prior to the ticket date, up until 11:59pm on the previous day of the ticket date. NOAH FUN FUN CLUB members can log-in to enjoy an extra reservation quota. There is limited quota that is available on a first come, first served basis. Some activities are not available for online advance enrollment.
• Each NOAH FUN FUN CLUB member who can present a valid membership card can reserve one seat for a child aged 3 - 11 for each designated activity. Quotas for NOAH FUN FUN Club members are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. All details are subject to the rules and regulations of the park.
• To participate in the activities, prior queuing is required according to the designated enrolment time and subject to seat availability on a first come, first served basis. All activities and details are subject to the on-site rules and regulations.
• Each person in a queue can only reserve one seat for a given activity.
• Each person in a queue may not reserve a seat in the queue for someone else. Placement of personal belongings to reserve a place in the queue is not allowed. Queue jumping is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
• The activities are mainly conducted in Cantonese.
• The schedule of activities is subject to change without prior notice depending upon weather conditions/ special events or the government precautionary measures. Please refer to the on-site announcements for any change.
• Some activities will be held on designated days. Extra fee and/or designated requirements are applied to join some activities.
• "Kids Riding Fun" available in different vehicle subject to on-site availability is suitable for kids aged 3 to 11.
• "Fun Fun Playland" is suitable for kids aged 5 to 12.

General Rules and Regulations for Pet-Friendly Visit and Activity:

• On the regular opening dates of Noah’s Ark Hong Kong (The park), visitor(s) are welcome to bring their pet(s) to the park for visiting the attractions and/ or participating in activities including those pet-friendly items upon purchase of proper adult/ concession/ pet tickets. Each pet ticket (HK$50) is for one dog/ other pet for entry.
• Each dog or other pet must be accompanied and cared by a visitor aged 18 or above who can only bring a maximum of TWO dog(s) or pet(s) for the visit. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable if exceeded the limit.
• Considering the park is opened to all guests, all fighting dog belongs to either Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero/ a cross involving any of these breeds i.e. fighting dogs or known as a dangerous dog/ or snake or spider or insect are prohibited for entry. The Park reserves the right to refuse the entry of any pets that show aggression or pose a safety threat to others.
• All dogs must have been fully vaccinated against rabies and be accompanied by a valid dog license issued by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. All dogs must be implanted with a microchip for identification and must be scanned upon entry.
• All dogs must be fully vaccinated against common infectious diseases at least 14 days prior to visit, which include:
  
  • Canine distemper,
  • Canine parvovirus, and
  • Any such additional diseases as the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department may consider appropriate.
• The road connecting Ma Wan Island from Tsing Ma Bridge is a restricted road managed by Government; private vehicles are not allowed to enter Ma Wan unless with a valid permit issued by Transport Department. Please pay attention to the transportation arrangement before the journey.
• Pet entry is not allowed to the restaurant. If necessary, pet owners can enjoy treats and gather with their pets at the designated outdoor/indoor relaxing zone.
• All visitors who bring their pet(s) have to fulfill and agree with the relevant terms and conditions before the entry and participation in the activities.
• Guests are welcome to consider the rental service of pet stroller available at Kid’s Deck at LG/F (From 10am to 5pm). Rental rate at HK$100 daily and deposit at HK$500 are needed. (First-come-first-served while stocks last).
