*Due to urgent maintenance or other unforeseeable circumstances, the Ark Express service may be suspended without advance notice. In the case of Ark Express suspension, visitors who have already purchased the Ark Express tickets or who are entitled to the free ark express service will be offered a free lunch as compensation.

Ticket holders who purchase admission tickets through Noah’s Ark Hong Kong website may enroll in a maximum of two different activities in advance. Advance enrollment can be made seven days prior to the ticket date, up until 11:59pm on the previous day of the ticket date. Noah Fun Fun Club Members can log-in to enjoy an extra reservation quota.

Guests purchase tickets through Noah’s Ark Hong Kong Official Website Online Ticket Booking System (“Online Booking”) , designated hotels, and travel agent may redeem their tickets on the day of visit at Noah's Ark Main Entrance Ticketing Office, Ma Wan (Open daily from 9:45 am until 5:30 pm)
The programs and facilities in Noah's Ark have limited capacity. Crowd control measures will be in place to facilitate orderly visit. Visitors are advised to purchase admission tickets in advance through Noah's Ark Hong Kong Official Website Online Ticket Booking System to ensure admission on designated day. The latest ticket announcements will be available on the Park's website and at bus stations and piers to Ma Wan.
