Many suggest that low resilience is one of the reasons leading to adolescent developmental problems. Yet, resilience is not an inherent trait but a trait that can be developed through activities and exercises that aim to enhance one’s problem solving ability, cognitive flexibility, self-awareness and self-acceptance.
