General Terms & Conditions:

• *"Buy 2 Get 1 Free" Offer is applicable to the admission date from now till 1 January 2025. Guests must purchase two adult admission tickets at the original price to enjoy a complimentary adult or a concession ticket. Guests can also get one HK$50 dining cash coupon and one HK$50 retail cash coupon (a total value of HK$100, valid for a minimum purchase of HK$200 at regular price for each coupon) upon a purchase of two adult admission tickets at the original price. Dining cash coupon is applicable for Harvest Restaurant and Noah’s Kitchen while retail cash coupon is applicable for Rainbow Gallery and Kids’ Deck. All details are subject to the terms and conditions on the coupons.
• The “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” and “Cash Coupon” offers are only applicable to those guests who purchase tickets at Noah’s Ark Main Entrance Ticketing Office/Noah's Ark Official Website.
• The complimentary ticket(s) must be used concurrently with the paid admission tickets on the same date.
• Concession tickets are valid for visitors ages 3 to 11, and 65 or above; as well as holders of "Registration Card for People with Disabilities" issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau of the Government of the HKSAR.
• Each ticket includes admission to: Ark Expo, e-Planet, Ark Garden, Fun Fun Playland (Giant Rocket Slides and Rope Tunnel), Nature Garden and Treasure House.
• Noah’s Ark Theme Park closes on every Wed (except public holidays and designated dates such as 2 October 2024).
• *On the event days of “Nature Fun Voyage”, customers who purchase or redeem Admission Tickets at Noah’s Ark website, Noah’s Ark Main Entrance ticketing office will be entitled to a Travel Guide. Customers can get 1 set of 10 game tokens (total value at HK$100) for joining some relevant activities upon a purchase of two visitor admission tickets.
• If the remaining game tokens owned by the customers are not enough to join the specific activity, customers can purchase additional game tokens from the on-site staff to make up the balance. 2 game tokens are priced at HK$20.
• Customers who purchase admission ticket through Noah's Ark Hong Kong website may enroll in a maximum of two different activities in advance. Advance enrollment can be made 7 days prior to the ticket date, up until 11:59pm on the previous day of the ticket date. NOAH FUN FUN CLUB members can log-in to enjoy an extra reservation quota. There is limited quota that is available on a first come, first served basis. Some activities are not available for online advance enrollment.
• Each NOAH FUN FUN CLUB member who can present a valid membership card can reserve one seat for a child aged 3 - 11 for each designated activity. Quotas for NOAH FUN FUN Club members are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. All details are subject to the rules and regulations of the park.
• To participate in the activities, prior queuing is required according to the designated enrolment time and subject to seat availability on a first come, first served basis. All activities and details are subject to the on-site rules and regulations.
• Each person in a queue can only reserve one seat for a given activity.
• Each person in a queue may not reserve a seat in the queue for someone else. Placement of personal belongings to reserve a place in the queue is not allowed. Queue jumping is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
• The above activities are mainly conducted in Cantonese.
• The schedule of activities is subject to change without prior notice depending upon weather conditions/ special events. Please refer to the on-site announcements for any change.
• Some activities will be held on designated days. Extra fee and/or designated requirements are applied to join some activities.
